Our own project management allows us to ensure consistently high construction standards. Regular site meetings with all the project partners guarantee a smooth flow of information. The execution of all projects is controlled in parallel by both the relevant project manger and the head project manager in our office’s own management team. Our services also encompass the monitoring of construction execution, controlling programmes and costs, coordination of the specialist planners and exclusion of any warranty claims.
