Competition, 1st Prize, 2002 - 2006

In place of the initial plan to add a floor to the single-storey customer service hall we were able to persuade the client to carry out an economic new building behind the existing Sparkasse bank. This enabled bank operations to continue during construction undisturbed. After demolition of the old buildings space was created for a spacious square in front of the entrance.
